If you’ve ever been to Costa Rica, you can’t help but notice how alegre – or happy – the people here are. At first, I thought it was just a coincidence – or maybe even good luck – that everyone I passed greeted me with a smile, and sometimes even a kiss on the cheek. "What’s everyone so happy about?" I wondered. So, today I set off on a Quest to explore the health benefits of happiness and to find out how showing off those pearly whites could potentially add a few years to your life. I’ll let you know what I find. In the mean time, remember to “Love Life, Live Long!”
