The Legacy Project empowers children to identify and interview “successful seniors” in their communities, much the same way the Blue Zones team interviews the longest-lived people.

To assist with this Project, we’ve chosen to utilize the Big6™ Information Problem Solving Skills. This teaching approach incorporates six stages that correlate directly with each of the Legacy Project Lessons.

A significant part of this Project is the Survey that the students complete with a “Super Senior”. That survey is comprised of three parts: Part A, the Interview; Part B, the Finger Tapping Exercise; and Part C, the Trails A and B Exercise.
